Comfortable Bedrooms & Shared Living Spaces
The villa features four bedrooms with a total of eight beds, offering practical sleeping arrangements for groups and families. Each bedroom provides a welcoming place to rest, with comfortable bedding, storage space, and tasteful furnishings that complement the villa’s warm tropical character.
The shared living area is ideal for relaxing between adventures. Spend time together watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV, enjoying conversations, or planning the next day’s activities. The layout allows everyone to gather in the communal spaces while still having separate bedrooms for a more private and restful stay.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining Area
Enjoy the freedom to prepare your own meals in the villa’s fully equipped kitchen. With a cooking area, refrigerator, cabinetry, and countertop space, the kitchen makes it convenient to prepare breakfast, organize snacks, or cook meals for the whole group.
The adjoining dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals together, share stories from the day’s adventures, and plan your next island experience.
Bed and breakfast is included with your stay. Additional meal arrangements and accommodation-only options may also be available upon request.

Air conditioning and fans are available in all rooms to help you stay comfortable in the tropical climate. Guests can also enjoy access to the property’s swimming pool, outdoor decks, and designated outdoor entertainment areas.
The property additionally provides access to shared facilities, including a communal kitchen, water dispenser, small refrigerator, and cooking appliances. These facilities offer extra flexibility for guests who prefer to prepare their own refreshments or meals.

As Simeulue is a remote island, occasional power outages may occur. For guest convenience, backup power and satellite internet are available, although connectivity and power availability may vary during outages.

Available for an additional USD 25 per person per night, this optional package includes:

This package is optional and is charged separately from the villa accommodation rate.

Surfboard Shipping from Medan
Surfboard shipping by ferry is available through our ground crew. Rates are charged per board bag.

Guest Access
Guests have access to their booked accommodation and designated shared facilities. Please note that some areas of the property may be shared with other guests and the owners.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Deposit & Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit: Required to secure your booking dates.
- Remaining 50%: Payable upon arrival or no later than one week before arrival.
Please ensure that your payment schedule is confirmed with the property when making your reservation.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment via Wise (formerly TransferWise) or international bank transfer is preferred. Payments in Indonesian Rupiah may also be accepted, subject to confirmation.
Foreign banknotes that are damaged or unsuitable for exchange may be refused.
Deposit & Booking Changes
- Non-refundable deposit: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Booking transfers: If you cannot travel, you may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to approval.
- Date changes: Requests to change your booking dates are subject to availability and confirmation by the property.
Please contact us as early as possible if your travel plans change.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. We recommend choosing a policy that covers trip cancellation, non-refundable deposits, cancellation fees, baggage loss, and medical expenses.

Accommodation & Meal Options
Special rates may be available for guests who prefer accommodation without meals or vehicle usage. Our team can also assist with grocery supplies and, where available, cooking and cleaning arrangements at an additional cost.

Flying with Surfboards
Airline baggage rules and fees for surfboards vary. According to our current travel guidance, transporting a surfboard by air may cost approximately IDR 1,000,000 per board, subject to airline confirmation and applicable baggage policies.
Surfboard baggage may require separate arrangements with Wings Air and may not be included in a standard purchased baggage allowance.
For an alternative, we can help arrange ferry shipping through our ground crew in Medan. Surfboards shipped by ferry typically arrive around the day after the guest, although timing is not guaranteed.
Our ground crew in Medan Airport may also provide meet-and-greet assistance, airport check-in support, and help arranging surfboard transport by plane or ferry for an additional fee. Please request this service in advance.
Alcohol Policy
Duty-free alcohol is permitted within the applicable limit of 2.25 litres per person, provided it is carried in properly sealed duty-free bags. Consumption is permitted only within the property’s premises. Please confirm current customs requirements before traveling.
Local Customs & Dress Code
Simeulue is part of Aceh Province, where local customs and Islamic social norms should be respected.
Guests are asked to dress modestly in public areas and when visiting local villages. For women, loose-fitting clothing that covers the chest is recommended. Men should wear at least a singlet or shirt when outside the property.
For surfing and swimming in areas where local customs apply, guests should wear a singlet or shirt with shorts rather than a bikini. Bikinis may be worn within the property’s permitted private areas or when visiting uninhabited islands where no local communities are present.
Public displays of affection should be limited to culturally appropriate gestures, such as holding hands. Kissing and cuddling in public should be avoided.
